Hello …or should I say Hola!!!
Just returned from an awesome week spent in Cuba with a great couple Jenna and Derek. Now since it is only saturday afternoon and I have only just downloaded the photos mere hours ago I can only post a few photos for now. It was hard to pick but this was one of the many cool shots we did over the 3 days of shooting in Veradero Cuba.
Big thank you to the bridal party and all of the family members that made Tracy and I feel like part of the family.

I just got back from Halifax where 4 other like minded photographers and I decided we needed some photo therapy in the form of cool bridal photos . So we arranged to rent the basement of a building in Halifax and go nuts!!
Debbie Savard(who works at Winchesters) was our model and was fantastic. We cannot thank you and enough. I would also like to thank Charlotte for the hair and makeup . Great job.
It is now 1:25 am but I just had to post some rough edits of the images we captured. I have to give credit to the awesome photographers that came up with most of these awesome poses.

Hello , about a week ago I received my first studio sample flush-mount album. It is gorgeous. Black leather cover , satin laminated pages and a awesome binding.
These albums will be avaiable as an option to all of our 2010 weddings as an upgrade and will become standard for our 2011 wedding clients.
These albums can also be created for families, babies, High school seniors and Maternity and are available in many different sizes.
These albums are created by a Canadian album supplier Willow Paperworks . Samples of other sizes can be found on their new site.

Just to keep you folk updated. Here are the next round of photos from our studio Renovations.
Note all the Drywall is done and we now have a closed in bathroom/make-up/change room.. I will try keep more images coming.
Niki and Fred had the right frame of mind coming into the studio for their maternity portrait. They knew the story they wanted to tell and were thinking about which wall they wanted their portrait hung on even before they came into the studio.
This couple’s maternity session was awesome because it had a heart warming story about their dog who knew the moment that Niki became pregnant even before she did. He kept by her side and was always laying on her stomach and looking at her in a way to say… somethings up mom. So I was glad to incorporate this into the photo. Working with animals is not always predictable but this went so well and we got great results. I still thank them for letting me do the doggy/couch concept shot.
Fred and Niki of course gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby and were soon back in the studio to do their very first baby session. Their baby was a joy to photograph. An infant so young and yet so expressive. Still makes me smile when I look at the photos and see how much the little one looks like Fred.

The Jones family were troopers . Going to, two different location in Truro when the weather just wouldn’t cooperate. You guys rock!
